Privacy policy

We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to plan your trip, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Who is responsible

When you visit this website

• No tracking cookies, no advertising tools. This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or similar tracking.
• Language cookie. If you switch the language, we store one small cookie (abr_lang) so the website opens in your language next time. It contains only "en" or "de".
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short time only.
• Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google is made when you load a page.

When you contact us

The "Plan your trip" form does not store anything on our server. You choose how to send it:

• Send via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your answers already filled in, and you decide whether to send the message. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta’s privacy policy also applies.
• Send by email sends your answers (name, email or WhatsApp number, travel details and message) directly to our mailbox. For this we use the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes the message on to us by email. FormSubmit’s privacy policy also applies.
• Email: if you write to us directly, we receive your message in our mailbox.

We use the details you send us (name, contact details, travel dates, number of travellers, wishes) only to answer your enquiry and to plan and carry out your trip. To do this we share the necessary details with the hotels, drivers and activity partners involved in your trip.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry messages for up to two years so we can answer follow-up questions. Booking records are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to ravindu@abrholidays.com. If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
